How will I charge and work?

I understand you want to know in advance how much your consulting services are going to cost you. That’s why I agree a fixed fee with you. This helps you manage your budgets and cashflow. This arrangement works best for on-going business advice and management coaching. 

I also charge an hourly rate for ad hoc work, however I am open to negotiating lump sum or retainer arrangements on reduced rates for specific longer term assignments. I invoice disbursements at cost and aside from my time, I don’t levy any other fees or charges. 

Once you are satisfied that I can help you, and we both decide we share common values and mutual respect, I can work one-on-one with you or be an independent member of your business’ advisory panel.
